What can KyQHYA do for you?

ABOUT US: The Kentucky Quarter Horse Youth Association is a division of the KyQHA just for members 18 years old and under. The objectives and purposes of the KyQHYA are to promote the American Quarter Horse. KyQHYA wants to improve and develop the capabilities of its youth members, both individually and through group participation among young horseman.

We would encourage members to participate in KyQHYA activities, shows and compete for a position on the World Team, Congress NYATT Team and other KyQHYA youth programs, as well as earn points towards KyQHA year-end awards.

The KyQHYA wants its members to be both active in the show arena and outside the arena through numerous fundraisers, attending meetings, clinics and running for office. Youth members are even eligible for scholarships! Through this we hope to improve scholarship, leadership and community interest with youth members.
