KyQHA Year-End High Point Rules, Nomination Form & Standings

This program is open to all current members of KyQHA, in good standing, as a benefit of membership. To be included, you MUST fill out a nomination form which can be downloaded from the link below. All requested information must be provided before the nomination will be accepted. There is a $20 nomination fee per horse. The KyQHA Year-End Awards Program is for KyQHA approved shows occurring between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

• Attach a scanned copy of the horse’s Certificate of Registration
• Attach a scanned copy of AQHA membership cards for all exhibitors
• Submit a $20 nomination fee per horse

Make sure to provide to us a copy of the horse’s Certificate of Registration and the AQHA membership card(s) for all exhibitors, along with the $20 fee per horse. You can use our toll-free fax (888) 641-3944 to submit these materials.
