FOR ALL POTENTIAL YOUTH WORLD PARTICIPANTS:In order to participate with the Kentucky Youth World Team, you will need to do the Kentucky Letter of Intent for the Youth World by April 15.That also means completing the Code of Conduct. It is also required for NYATT and YES. That means you also need to be a KyQHYA member with a parent that is a KyQHA member by that time. Details are on the KyQHA website.

ALSO I POSTED A ZOOM MEETING A FEW DAYS AGO FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 4, at 10am central time; 11am eastern time for those planning to go with Kentucky Youth World Team. That is available on the Kentucky Quarter Horse Youth Association Closed Facebook Group and the public group. There will be new information for everyone so I hope you all can attend.I just had a TEAM meeting with AQHA on Tuesday afternoon and I have information to share even if you have been to other meetings.

Please share this with anyone who needs to know it.

Let’s hope and pray everything gets back to as normal as possible for all our summer activities.

As always call me if you have questions. 270-559-3392. Or email paulajerrell@gmail.com

What can KyQHYA do for you?

ABOUT US: The Kentucky Quarter Horse Youth Association is a division of the KyQHA just for members 18 years old and under. The objectives and purposes of the KyQHYA are to promote the American Quarter Horse. KyQHYA wants to improve and develop the capabilities of its youth members, both individually and through group participation among young horseman.

We would encourage members to participate in KyQHYA activities, shows and compete for a position on the World Team, Congress NYATT Team and other KyQHYA youth programs, as well as earn points towards KyQHA year-end awards.

The KyQHYA wants its members to be both active in the show arena and outside the arena through numerous fundraisers, attending meetings, clinics and running for office. Youth members are even eligible for scholarships! Through this we hope to improve scholarship, leadership and community interest with youth members.
