2010 AQHYA Racing Experience
The 2010 AQHYA Racing Experience is quickly approaching. The Experience this year will be held at Lone Star Park in Dallas, TX, October 13 through October 17.
The Racing Experience is an opportunity for Youth members to see the real world of racing and get a taste of the processes which make the industry run. The trip should be fun, as well as a valuable learning experience.
Requirements:
Youth must be 16 years old as of January 1st of 2010. Racing affiliates may send one youth from their regional experience by sending in their application by September 1. Youth may also apply to be an At-Large Participant. To apply, AQHA must receive your application by September 1 as well. No exceptions will be made.
Financial Aid Opportunity:
$6,000 worth of scholarships will be awarded according to the youth's over all scores. These scores from the pre-experience notebook, the second half of the notebook completed at the experience and the barn test will determine recipients.It's time to get those applications in so don't delay there are a very limited number of spots available.
