ATTENTION YOUTH!!!
KyQHYA Important Information
Our Annual Mandatory Youth Meeting will be held this year on December 10, 2011, 9:00 a.m. at the Campbell House in Lexington. It is being held, as always, in conjunction with the Kentucky Quarter Horse Association Annual Convention. There is no cost to attend our youth association's meeting; there is a cost if you intend to stay for the Awards Banquet Saturday night. We would love to have you come to the meeting as well as stay for the fun Saturday night!! Please call with any questions and/or visit www.kyqha.com to register for Saturday nights activities!!
If you are planning on attending, please bring an item for the silent auction! Proceeds support the Youth!!
THIS MEETING IS MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE IN 2012 ACTIVITIES!! Activities include being a State Qualified Entry for the 2012 AQHYA Youth World Show and the 2012 All American Quarter Horse Congress NYATT Team. Please call with any questions.
We will be electing our 2012 Officers and Board of Directors at the meeting. Nominations are being accepted at this time. If you are interested in becoming involved please send in your bio and picture to our President, Clayton Jerrell or to the KyQHYA Youth Advisor: Savannah Faye Robin, savannahfayerobin@gmail.com . Go to the web site for contact info. Nominations for office must be turned in by November 16, for consideration.
Remember that this is a great time to update your membership for 2012!! You will also need to be a member to participate in KyQHYA activities. You may do this at the meeting or on-line.
