SHOW SUPPLEMENT 2009

- Up to $36,787.70 generated from the 2009 Kentucky Quarter Horse
Association Breeders’ Incentive Fund (KyQHA BIF) fees will be awarded at The
Kentucky Futurities, at the Casey County AG/Expo Center, in Liberty,
Kentucky, on September 4-7, 2009. The classes counting for the KyQHA BIF
Supplement will be those specifically designated in the show bill. A copy of
the show bill can be found at www.kyqha.com.
- This KyQHA BIF Show Supplement has a pre-requisite requirement that all
entries are KyQHA BIF eligible in order to receive payout awards.
- Owners of KyQHA BIF horses earning Supplement payouts must be current
year KyQHA members in good standing.
- Open and regular Amateur classes qualify for KyQHA BIF Supplements.
- Added to KyQHA BIF classes will be one-hundred dollars ($100) for each
verified KyQHA BIF entry up to a total of ten (10) KyQHA BIF entries.
Maximum added will be $1000 to each KyQHA BIF class.
- A KyQHA BIF pre-entry fee of $40 ($20 per judge) will be due if received
by September 1, 2009. A post-entry fee of $60 ($30 per judge) will be due if
received after September 1, 2009, up to show day.
- KyQHA BIF entries made at the show MUST BE MADE IN THE OFFICE – NO
EXCEPTIONS. KYQHA BIF ENTRIES WILL NOT BE TAKEN AT THE GATE UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Fifty (50) percent of all KyQHA BIF entry fees will be paid back in
addition to the added money.
- KyQHA BIF classes will not require paying an AQHA entry fee. All KyQHA
BIF horses being exhibited will automatically be entered in the
corresponding AQHA class for no fee.
- Two judges total cumulative placing scores will determine the winners
(10 points for 1st to 1 point for 10th; tie-breaker judge utilized).
- Payouts will be made within thirty days after AQHA results are made
final and posted to www.AQHA.org.
- Payback to owner, or designated agent, of exhibited horse as indicated
on the entry form.
- KYQHA BIF classes will be paid back ten (10) places as follows:

- A copy of the horse’s AQHA Certificate of Registration must
accompany the entry form.
