KyQHA Quarterly Magazine:

The KyQHA Quarterly serves as one link to membership through four quarterly mailings. This magazine is distributed to all members, state legislators and made available at local horse shows, horse businesses and events.

• Published 4 times per year
• Circulation – All members of the KyQHA and distributed at KyQHA functions and horse shows. About 1000 issues are circulated per issue.
• KyQHA members in good standing will receive a 20% discount on Quarterly ads.
• Rates are per issue.

Advertisements should be submitted digitally via email in high quality PDF, EPS, JPEG or TIFF format. JPEG and TIFF resolution should be no smaller than 200 dpi at specified size; 300 dpi is recommended. Full page ads may bleed off the edges (8.5 x 11). Please include a .125 inch edge and make sure text is set at least .625 inches from the printed edge.

Ads that are submitted via finished hard copy should be camera ready and will be subject to a one-time $25 set-up fee. Ads not submitted in an appropriate format will be subject to a $35 set-up fee.

The KyQHA Publications Committee has the right to request resubmission of an advertisement that does not meet KyQHA Quarterly quality standards. Examples of poor-quality advertisements include but are not limited to ads that contain little or no graphic elements, lines of text that run across the entire page, inadequate white space surrounding text, and/or graphics that are of poor quality. The advertiser may hire an outside vendor or utilize the services of the KyQHA graphic designer for an additional fee.
