Step 1
If you are not already a member, join the KyQHA. Amateur and Youth memberships are not required for participation. Download the electronic Membership Form to begin.

Step 2
Fill out the Stallion Notification Form. Please make note of the requirements on the form and let us know what type of listing you prefer.

If you require the KyQHA Breeders' Incentive Fund Logo, KyQHA will provide an EPS or Hi-Res JPEG of the approved logo via email to the owners of eligible stallions. The logo may not be altered in any way. The approved acronym is "KyQHABIF".

Online Stallion Advertising provided by the Quarter Horse Directory - for more advertising information send an email to QHD or KYQHA.

Option 1 - No Charge
Stallion NOT listed in the Stallion Directory.

Option 2 - Basic Listing - $50 for 1 Year
Stallion's name appears on the KyQHA Eligible Stallion Directory page and is linked to a basic stallion description on the Quarter Horse Directory including: Breeding location, phone number, breeding fee, AQHA registration number, color, birth year, sire/dam, stallion specialty e.g. halter, western pleasure, Kentucky Breeders IF Designation, active email and web links if available. Sample 1, Sample 2.

Option 3 - Premium Listing - $300 for 1 Year
Stallion's name appears on the KyQHA Eligible Stallion Directory page and is linked to an enhanced stallion description on the Quarter Horse Directory including: Breeding location, phone number, breeding fee, AQHA registration number, color, birth year, sire/dam, stallion specialty e.g. halter, western pleasure, Kentucky Breeders IF Designation, email and web links, 2 photos, show/get records if applicable, list of featured offspring, 3 generation pedigree, links to breeding contracts if available. Benefits of Selecting Options 2 or 3: Your stallion will automatically be listed on two major websites. (KyQHA and the Quarter Horse Directory) This partnership provides a wider internet exposure for your stallion and less advertising expense for you.

Other Stallion Advertising Options

• SPECIALTY SPONSOR ADS at the top or bottom of stallion specialty pages e.g. halter, western pleasure, Kentucky ranches, Kentucky stallion list etc. Top Advertisement: $500 per year; Bottom Advertisement: $300 per year; Two Specialty AdsTop: $800 per year; Two Specialty Ads Bottom: $450 per year + cost of creating the ad.


• RIGHT SIDE ADS on stallion specialty pages e.g. halter, western pleasure, reining, working cow etc. $150 per year per ad; two or more ads or topics $100 per year per ad + cost of creating the ad.
